The hotel Oasis in Chakvi, where about 900 guests are staying, is closed.
As the hotel manager Gvantsa Khaindrava told report.ge, the reception and departure of guests are temporarily suspended.
According to her, one of the guests had a fever yesterday, after which the patient was taken to the fever center. The initial testing did not confirm the coronavirus to the young woman, and the answer to the repeat test will be known in the coming hours.
The hotel said the decision to close the hotel was made due to security measures temporarily.
"We have temporarily stopped receiving and letting guests out until we know the final answers. There are about 900 guests, there are several buildings, and they are in different zones," Gvantsa Khaindrava told report.ge.
