The Parliament is considering the amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses today.
The talks concern administrative detention and submission to the court, which increases from 12 to 48 hours.
Also, fines have been increased in case of disobedience and petty hooliganism towards law enforcement. The Public Defender's Office has remarks regarding the changes. The preparation of the bill is related to the execution of the decision of the Constitutional Court.
The deputies will discuss the changes in the first reading at the session today.
