At the Biltmore Hotel, where the eighth annual session of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly is being held, representatives of the movement, Shame, and Change, held a protest rally.
Rally participants are demanding the change of electoral system.
"Our demand remains the same. We want Bidzina Ivanishvili to keep his promise. Today we want to deliver messages to foreign diplomats because without their pressure, there will be no democratic change which is the proportional electoral system," Irakli Pavlenishvili, one of the activists stated.
Law enforcers are mobilized for the security measures on the scene.
The eighth annual session of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly was opened by Archil Talakvadze, the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia.
Salome Zurabishvili, the President of Georgia is also taking part in the event.
