A fifth-grader at Tbilisi School No.162 has reportedly tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Students and teachers who have communicated with the child have already been subjected to self-isolation. Additionally, disinfection efforts have also been carried out at school.
A six-grader at Tbilisi School No.52 has also tested positive for the novel virus. However, here the headteacher said that, following the NCDC recommendations, suspension of classes did not prove mandatory.
At Tbilisi School No.32, a student and a staff member have tested positive for COVID-19.
