Ketevan Tsikhelashvili, State Minister of Reconciliation and Civic Equality, has opened an Archil Tatunashvili Garden Square in Tsilkani. She expressed condolence to the family of the national hero, killed two years ago.
According to Tsikhelashvili’s statement, the guilty must be delivered up to justice.
Archil Tatunashvili was arrested in Akhalgori on February 22, 2018. He was killed on February 23 in the Tskhinvali prison.
The so-called Tskhinvali government refused to give the corps to the family for almost a month. Archil Tatunashvili, who is buried in Mukhadgverdi Brothers’ Cemetery, was awarded the Order of Honor after his death.
