The village of Geta in Bolnisi Municipality, where eight new cases of coronavirus got detected yesterday, closed. From 06:00 in the morning, a strict quarantine regime launched in the village.
A total of 13 confirmed cases have been reported in Geta so far.
Seven out of 15 new cases of COVID-19 confirmed yesterday are from the village of Mushavani and eight from the village of Geta.
A total of 667 people tested positive on the new coronavirus in the country, 383 of them recovered and defeated the infection. The death toll in Georgia reaches 12. There are 3873 people in quarantine and 404 people at the hospital under supervision. Three Georgian citizens have been transferred from abroad for medical treatment.
