Georgian Health Minister Ekaterine Tiakaradze says that the country does not face the need to open field hospitals.
According to the minister, the health system has enough resources to ensure that patients' needs are met. ''If the situation worsens, alternative tools we have already used once are in our hands, such as field hospitals; however, today's data do not indicate that we need field hospitals,'' Ekaterine Tikaradze declared.
Georgia recorded 1,942 coronavirus cases, 4,650 recoveries, and 24 deaths in the past 24 hours.
