Law enforcement officers have detained an offender, known only as G.S. (DOB 1985), over inflicting bodily injuries upon his fellow villagers, known as N.I. (DOB 2003) and M.I.(DOB 2003), in the village of Buknari, the Chokhatauri municipality. The offender used a stone as a weapon, according to the MIA. The victims were hospitalized and are in stable condition.
The investigation of the case has been launched. Perpetrators of similar offenses are sentenced from six months to one year in prison.
