A special operation has been conducted in Kutaisi, with law enforcers incarcerating a man, 42, who reportedly had locked his sister in the house and prevented her from leaving it. Police officers found the woman unharmed.
The investigation into the case is underway, with the offender charged with unlawfully depriving a family member of liberty.
