Georgian police have investigated the premeditated murder that occurred in the town of Samtredia, Imereti region.
As Georgia’s Interior Ministry reports, the accused shot his neighbor, identified only as K.N., born in 1967, on December 26, 2020.
The incident occurred in the village of Kormaghala, Samtredia district. The accused fled the scene immediately.
The wounded man died shortly after hospitalization.
The detainee faces seven to 15 years in jail.
