L.N., born in 2001, is charged with attempted premeditated murder and illegal purchase, possession, and carrying of a firearm. The offenses carry a maximum sentence of 7 to 15 years in prison.
The investigation established that the accused man, who had revenge in mind, shot A.A., born in 1990, in the back and fled the scene. The wounded got taken to a medical facility. As a result of intensive operative and investigative actions carried out on the hot trail, law enforcers arrested L.N. within hours of the incident.
The investigation is in progress under Article 19-108 and the 3rd and 4th parts of Article 236 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which implies attempted premeditated murder and illegal purchase, possession, and carrying of a firearm.
