Law enforcers arrested N.KH., born in 1997, convicted of robbery in the past for premeditated murder.
"Investigation revealed that the accused fatally injured D.SH., born in 1956 near the village of Karajalari, Gardabani Municipality on February 17, to cover the trace, he placed the body of the killed in the car and set the car on fire. Afterward, he fled the scene. Law enforcers arrested the accused soon after the incident," the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
The investigation is in progress under article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
The crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
