Employees of the Rustavi City Division of the Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-investigative measures carried out on the hot trail, arrested two persons E.A., born in 2000, convicted in the past and R.C., born in 2001 on charges of violence.
As report.ge was informed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation established that the accused verbally and physically Insulted one of the participants of the rally held in front of the N12 penitentiary institution on November 3 of 2021 - G.B., born in 1999, while returning home from the rally, in Rustavi.
The fact of violence is being investigated under Article 126 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
