A woman in her sixties was found dead on Javakhishvili Street in Tbilisi. Her neighbors said the deceased had her hands and legs tied. Besides, she had wounds on the body.
Neighbors suggest that the woman's death was the result of a family conflict.
An investigation has been launched.
