As LEPL Civil Aviation Agency of the Georgian Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development reports, Georgia has experienced a low decrease in terms of airfreight turnover.

According to the agency, the volume of the freight transferred via air reached 24 911.336 tonnes.

The rate is lower (with 543.49 tonnes, i.e., 2.14 %) than the indicator of 2018.

According to the statistic data of EUROCONTROL, the flow of flights to Georgia decreased by 1.9% in 2019 compared to 2018, while the flow of flights from Georgia decreased by 1.7%.

Domestic flights increased by 12.3%.
