According to lawyer Irma Chkadua, most of the clinics in Georgia are going to file a complaint against Government’s resolution. According to her, 90% of the clinics will demand the suspension.
"Each and every one of them is ready and I guarantee that they will sit at the negotiating table face to face with the Government to evaluate the situation, not with the participation of financiers but with specialists", Chkadua said.
The resolution of the Government which came into force on November 21, despite opposition from clinicians, aims to equalize tariffs for clinicians involved in the universal health care program.
