As First Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Ekaterine Mikabadze stated, the economic growth in November 2019 was diversified.

She said the government detected positive trends in the industry, construction, and service fields.

''The improvement of the external trade supported economic growth in November. The export increased by 25.2% and reached 345.9 million USD,'' she said.

According to her, the import rate increased by 4.2% and hit 782.7 million USD.

The rate of net monetary transfers also increased by 13.7% in November.

Mikabadze said that Georgia remains steady to shocks, and this is why it managed to maintain a higher rate of economic growth than the government had expected.
