As reported by the National Bank of Georgia, the number of international visitors decreased by 0,6% in February 2020 than it was in February 2019.
The number of tourists included 66,6% of the total visitors' number and grew by 4,0% from the annual point of view.
The number of one-days visits also decreased in the report month.
The number of Russian visitors dropped by 25%, while Georgia received 18,2% fewer visitors from Armenia in February 2020.
The tourists' number increased from Azerbaijan by 12,8%, Turkey (3,8%), and Ukraine (14,6%) in February 2020.
Germany, Poland, and other EU countries also showed a positive trend in terms of visitors.
The number of visitors drastically grew from Israel (57,3%) and Kazakhstan (44,8%).
