Exports from Georgia to Azerbaijan have seen a downward trend; however, the neighbor country is still among Georgia's top three exporting countries. In January-March 2021, products worth $75.6 mln were exported to Azerbaijan, out of the overall price of Georgian products was $18.9 mln. 

Copper ores, ferroalloys, wine, mineral, and fizzy drinks, mineral fertilizers, and other products are exported from Georgia to Azerbaijan. 

Azerbaijan is among Georgia's leading trade partners, the updated National Statistics Office of Georgia data show. Georgia exported most of its products to China, Russia, and Azerbaijan in the first three months of 2021.

Georgia's top three largest exporting countries are as follows:

1. China ( the exported amounts to China for three months are at USD 109,800,000).

2. Russia ( the exported amounts are at USD 109,500,000).

3. Azerbaijan (the exported amounts are at 104,600,000 in January and March 2021). 

Azerbaijan ranks ninth among Georgia's top exporting countries in local exports. A total of $18.9 mln Georgian products have been sold in Azerbaijan in 2021, which accounts for 3.1% of total three-month exports.

In the first three months of 2021, exports from Georgia have seen a 16.4% rise if compared to those of January and March of 2020.
