As reported by the National Statistical Service of Georgia, the living cost increased in February 2020, as it was less in January.

In January, the living wage of a man of working age was 197.0 GEL.

In February, this rate reached 199.0 GEL.

In comparison with January, the cost of living of an average consumer increased by 1.8 GEL and equaled 176.2 GEL.

The living wage of an average family increased by 3.40 GEL and reached 333.8 GEL.

As for the living cost per capita, the 2020 February indicators are as follows: one-member family - 176.2 GEL; two-member - 282.0 GEL; three-member - 317.2 GEL, four-member 352.5 GEL; five-member - 396.5 GEL; six or more - 468.8 GEL.
