Georgia's Innovations and Technology Agency (GITA) plans to spend 30 million GEL on the development of start-ups in Georgia.

As GITA Director Avtandi Kasradze stated, the largest start-up accelerator company will create a private investment fund in Georgia to finance the Georgian start-up companies.

In Kasradze's words, the fund will be independent, and the Georgian government will not interfere with the selection and decision-making process.

The program is free for everyone who wants to participate in it.

Avtandil Kasradze says that the top accelerator company is similar to Silicon Valley.

''We will publicize its name in several weeks,'' he added.
