As Georgian Vice PM, Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Maia Tskitishvili, cannot specify yet the number of the people helped by the government if they lost jobs.
Tskitishvili says the government will name specific numbers and amounts when they assess the April month results in terms of the number of the people who have lost the job.
Thus, she says, the government will calculate the number of those who remained unemployed in May 2020.
The government will further continue the identification of those affected.
''Based on the reduced number of the income taxpayers, we will find out the number of the people who have not received salaries. Afterward, we will assess the volume of the money they lost,'' she said.
In her words, the government does not specify yet the ways an unemployed citizen should follow, as it is currently collecting information.
