The government will announce the contest on the development of Georgian resort Tskaltubo until the end of 2019.
In January 2020 the Economic Ministry will discuss the proposals and name the winners.
The winners should elaborate the development plans for the town of Tskaltubo in eight months.
The development capabilities of the investment facilities located in the central part of the resort will be identified on the basis of the pre-project studies.
All this will enable the Economic Ministry to prepare the state-owned facilities for alienation.
The Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure will ensure the elaboration of all the required documents.
