As reported by the National Wine Agency, Georgia exported 12.1 million bottles (0.75 l) of wine to 39 countries in January – February 2019.
The cost of the exported wine is 31 million USD, exceeding the 2019 same rate with seven percent.
The top ten of the countries receiving exports are:
Russia: 7.585.000 bottles (-13%)
Ukraine: 7.585.000 bottles (+35%)
Poland: 1.1103.84 (+77%)
China: 1.1103.84 bottles (-6%)
Kazakhstan: 274.068 bottles (-21%)
Following the data of two months, the exports have grown to the European countries, as well as Japan, Canada, Belarus, Moldova, South Korea, and others.
As reported by the National Wine Agency, Georgia has received 46.8 million USD as a result of exporting its alcoholic beverages, and the rate exceeds the 2019 Jan-Feb indicator with seven percent.
