As the statistical data show, once visa-free travel with the EU enforced, the number of Georgian travelers to Europe as well as international visitors has increased.
The number of direct flights to Georgia from different countries intensively increases.
As the Civil Aviation Agency states, the security surveillance rates of Georgia have improved by about 56% since 2013.
''According to the new rates, Georgia ranks tenth in Europe under the introduction of international aviation standards,'' the Agency reports, adding that the aviation regulations and standards are continuously renewable.
According to the Civil Aviation Agency, air companies and air surveillance ones care for the safe traveling of the people.
''We start caring for safe flights on the land,'' the Agency reports.
''Airports, service agencies, aviation security staff, all air companies involved in aviation transportation are subject to permanent certification and surveillance and control of the ''Sakaeronavigatsia'' company,'' the Agency says, adding that the check results are controlled by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
