Marneuli representative to the Parliament of Georgia, MP Tamaz Naveriani declares that the Marneuli open market meets all the requirements.
''The market will regularly operate,'' he said.
Marneuli Mayor Zaur Dargali also shows satisfaction for the opening of the Marneuli green market, adding all regulations are followed.
''We are all involved to ensure the recommendations by the Agriculture Ministry to be followed by 100%,'' Dargali said.
Deputy Minister of Agriculture Solomon Pavliashvili also says the social distancing is ensured in the Marneuli agrarian market, adding more than 400 tonnes of cucumber are on sale.
The Georgian government eased restrictions and opened agrarian markets across the country today amid nationwide lockdown.
