As Georgian Minister of Economy Natia Turnava stated, Georgia had efficiently used the 'green country' status.
In her words, the status does not mean disorder and chaos.
''We gradually increased mobility, conducted the summer tourist season, opened business facilities, and hosted foreign visitors as part of safe hubs,'' Turnava claimed.
''Today's event confirms that Georgia's government enjoyed high evaluation for the pandemic management,'' Turnava said, adding the government cherishes the 'green country' status.
She says the government 'fully controls' the epidemic, and the 'adaptation phase' has begun.
''It means that we will continue operating without any lockdown and business restrictions,'' Turnava specified.
