''The bank deposits are most secure for the accumulation of money, but the mandatory insurance will minimize the risks,'' financers say on the new regulation of a bank deposit insurance that is to enforce in 2020.
The Agency of the Insurance of Deposits will present the bill until summer.
According to the bill, the mandatory insurance system will also apply to legal entities.
The Agency Director Otar Dzidzikashvili says the bank sector will have to make about 3 million GEL installment after the legal entities' deposits are insured.
He says it should not serve as an additional burden to the bank sector.
According to Dzidzikashvili, the insurance limit is 15,000 GEL for natural and legal entities.
