Georgia's Gas Transportation Company has brought the rehabilitation of the Sighnahgi Gas Distribution Station to an end, with SOCAR Georgia Gas ltd supplying Signaghi municipality with natural gas now.
According to the Gas Transportation Company ltd, regular rehabilitation of gas distribution stations and gas pipelines is carried out, with this ensuring a safe and secure gas distribution process.
SOCAR Georgia Gas renders services to more than its 715,000 customers. The company does not plan to supply new settlements with gas at this point. A year ago, SOCAR expanded its pipeline network in Georgia. Following the government's order, Deedoplistskaro, Martvili, Khashuri, Chokhatauri, and Zugdidi pipelines were purchased. SOCAR is set to pay GEL 6,154,370 in immovable property, starting from 2027, with the deadline being 31 Dec 2016.
