The largest Japanese automotive manufacturer, Toyota Motor, will start selling the first electric car in 2022.
Sales of the Toyota bZ4X crossover are scheduled for mid-2022. The price of the electric car model is yet unknown.
According to the manufacturer, the car will cover 500 km after full charge, and it will take about half an hour to charge 80% of the battery.
In addition, Toyota Motor plans to create a new line of electric vehicles, which by 2025 will include 15 models.
