Adjara Group plans to construct a new multifunctional complex on Chubinishvili Street #55. The Company addressed Tbilisi Architecture Service for the permission of reconstruction of the building owned by City Loft LTD (Rooms Hotel Tbilisi) in November of 2018. However, Tbilisi City Hall has failed to discuss the request by Adjara Group thus far, which is why the representatives of the company have refused to disclose details about the new multifunctional complex. However, information on the website of Tbilisi Architecture Service reads that the project envisages reconstruction of the existing buildings.
