The Wine Festival will take place in Akhtala Park on October 12. The Wine festival in Gurjaani was held for the first time three years ago and has become a tradition. The festival will feature large and small wine companies with different types of wine and Chacha.
Compared to previous years, the number of winemakers and entrepreneurs is twice as high as 200 this year.
Within the framework of the Wine Festival a Memorandum of Understanding will be signed between Gurjaani Municipality and the municipalities of Laguardia Spain and Slovakia's Považská Bystrica. Second part of the Wine Festival will reveal the best winemaker who will travel to Sweden to participate in the International Wine making Conference.
