The Shakarashvili case hearing is now in the process at Mtskheta regional court.
Six out of seventeen arrested are minors.
The court session decided to leave all accused in arrest. Procurator demands imprisonment and has already appealed it to the court. The defender said that the imprisonment might harm the career of some of the arrested.
Police were informed on Giorgi Shakarashvili, 19, missing on June 19. Rescuers were searching the territory for four days. His body was found in the Aragvi river.
