According to the head of the boxed department of the Tbilisi Infectious Diseases Hospital, Marina Endeladze, the number of people infected with the coronavirus is growing in the capital.

According to her, 134 new cases of infection were registered in Tbilisi, but the highest rate is still observed in Adjara.

"The number of new cases in Adjara has decreased to 49%, which corresponds to 230 patients. It is noteworthy that the number of cases is increasing in Tbilisi, and 28% are already infected, which corresponds to 134 patients. There are 68 patients in Imereti, eight in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, eight in Kvemo Kartli, eight in Samtskhe-Javakheti, five in Mtskheta-Mtianeti, six in Shida Kartli, and five in Kakheti," said Marina Endeladze.
