Sachkhere Mayor’s wife has contracted the novel coronavirus. According to Benjamen Palavandishvili, his wife works at Sachkhere medical center. Supposedly she has contracted the virus from one of her patients.
“She was tested yesterday. The virus infection goes mildly in her case. Initially, she felt discomfort in the throat. The test material was taken. The second test is prescribed. At present, the family members are in self-isolation. We all will be tested in the nearest time,” – said Palavandishvili
The number of coronavirus-infected persons in Georgia is 170; two out of the number have died; thirty-six have recovered; 5,067 persons are in quarantine; 330 in-patients are under the medical supervision.
