Head of the Guild of Cheese Producers, Ana Mikadze, is opening a school-enterprise in the region of Kakheti, Georgia.
The dual method will be applied during the teaching process.
Practical lessons will begin in autumn. Foreign and Georgian specialists will conduct pieces of training.
The school-enterprise will receive 25 students in the initial phase.
''We selected Kakheti for the school as the milk production is largest in this region. Here, we see the milk surplus. We will need this summer for modernization… We are observing the international practice to introduce the practice following the local market requirements,'' Mikadze says.
