Street artist Gagosha: If art lacks emotion, it is not what it should be

Giorgi Gagoshidze is a street artist whose artworks pedestrians come across in Tbilisi streets daily and who gives an advantage to underground and apartment building walls to a traditional canvas. To this artist, graffiti is both an art and social activism tool.

Street artist Giorgi Gagoshidze, nicknamed Gagosha, mainly paints at night when the city is asleep. He defines night serenity as comfortable. All his artworks are related to the ongoing developments in the country, and his inspiration is, as he says, humdrum reality.
