The official representative of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, is resigning. He wrote about it on Facebook.
Hovhannisyan expressed grief over the situation. He said all the information he provided to his compatriots was based on the General Staff and the Defense Army.
From now on, he will be engaged in scientific activities for the benefit of the Armenian Army.
