The EU supports the normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia and the opening of communications. Toivo Klaar, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, wrote about it on Twitter.
"I welcome the news about the meeting of the Armenian and Turkish delegations in Moscow. Normalization of relations and opening of communications is an important goal, which is fully supported by the European Union," reads the Tweet.
