According to the annual report Expat Insider 2020, the best cities for expats to live in are Valencia, Alicante, and Lisbon.
The authors of the study surveyed 15 thousand people of 173 nationalities living in 181 countries. They rated 66 cities with the following indicators: quality of life, finances, and housing, urban and working life.
Valencia was recognized as the best city in terms of quality of life and its value. It was evaluated positively by 90% of respondents.
The list also includes Panama City, Singapore, Malaga, Buenos Aires, Kuala Lumpur, Madrid, and Abu Dhabi.
Expat is a slang name for foreign professionals living and working outside their home country.
