Russian peacekeepers monitoring the ceasefire in Karabakh have equipped observation posts with checkpoint fortifications. The Azerbaijani media shares information based on the Russian Ministry of Defense.
"The checkpoints are designed to protect service members from small arms and shrapnel and conduct the all-round observation of the surrounding area," the media reports.
