"On August 12 at 9:26 pm, the Armenian armed forces, using small arms, fired on the positions of the Azerbaijan Army in the direction of Garigishlag settlement of the Lachin district from their positions in the Khazinavar settlement of the Gorus region," the local media reports based on the Ministry of Defense.
On August 13, starting from 02:30 am, the positions of the Azerbaijani Army in Yukhari Veysalli settlement of the Fuzuli district, Sighnag settlement of the Khojaly, as well as the positions in the vicinity of the Shusha city, came under fire of illegal Armenian detachments in the territory of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeepers are temporarily deployed.
"There are no losses or wounded among the military personnel of the Azerbaijan Army.
The Azerbaijan Army Units control the operational situation," reads the statement.
