"Azerbaijan and Turkey are brothers. We can't be separated. We did what was necessary and continue to do so," Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar stated.
"There is an aggressive, barbaric Armenia occupying territories. We need to ask those people: our Azerbaijani brothers have been waiting for dialogue for 30 years, what have you done so far? The answer is nothing. Azerbaijani brothers complied with the ceasefire decision. However, Armenia violated the ceasefire regime. They continued to kill civilians with rockets," Turkish National Defense Minister said.
