Within a year, the Islamic World Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) will open a regional center in Azerbaijan.
The statement came from Azerbaijani Culture Minister Anar Karimov at a joint press conference.
"We are very pleased that ICESCO has agreed to open a regional center in Azerbaijan, and we are confident that this center will serve not only our relations but the development of the region as a whole," he said.
