''There is a complete agreement on opening the railway connection between Azerbaijan and Armenia, and we have begun to build a demolished railway line in the liberated areas along the Armenian border,'' Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev declared.
In Aliyev's words, launching the highway is also inevitable.
''Azerbaijan and Armenia are neighbors, and neither of them plans to move to another planet,'' the Azerbaijani leader said.
