The death toll of yesterday's earthquake in Japan has reached 144, the Kyodo news agency reports.
The 7.3-magnitude earthquake shook Japan on February 13.
Japan Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga said no nuclear facilities were damaged due to the earthquake.
The epicenter was in northeastern Japan in the Fukushima prefecture. Tokyo residents felt tremors as well.
The Japanese government also declared a tsunami threat.
