John Tolkien's house in the UK where he wrote The Hobbit is being sold for £ 4.6 million.
The family of the writer has lived in a house on Northmoor Road in Oxford since the 1930s.
The engraving on the building reads: "John R.R. Tolkien, author of The Lord of the Rings, lived here from 1930-1947. "
The house was sold in 2004. The current owner then paid more than £ 1.5 million for the house.
