Large-scale wildfires in the U.S. have burned at least 67 homes while 2 000 people have been evacuated, AP reports.

A forest in Oregon is burning, with fires spreading 1 210 square miles north of the California border.

The fire is intensified by unstable winds, making it difficult for 2 000 firefighters to fight the wildfires.

Fires are also raging along the borders of Wyoming.

"Any thunderstorm in very dry weather could cause new fires," the Sacramento National Weather Service said in a statement.
