Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva visited the house of a civilian killed in tensions on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border Tovuz region.
She inspected the scene and got acquainted with the situation on the ground.
"We will prepare an extended report and send it to the relevant international organizations in a short period. Armenia has violated international human rights. An elderly, a person with disabilities living here has been killed," Aliyeva said.
