Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed Head of the Federal Tax Service (FNS) Mikhail Mishustin to the State Duma as a candidate for the post of prime minister of the Russian government.
"Vladimir Putin held a working meeting with Mikhail Mishustin and offered him to take up a new position as a prime minister. He proposed him to the State Duma as a candidate for the post of prime minister afterward," the Presidential Press Office said.
The entire Russian government has already resigned.
